Love the stuff...hate the shipping/checkout interface

I love this app/website...though Canadian shipping and all the fees and duties add up, so I dont buy any larger items, and I wish I could. Other sites dont seem to have 5 different charges for shipping to Canada....hopefully they find a better/cheaper way to ship in the future.
ALSO-- the 10 minute countdown for holding things in your shopping bag-- probably THE WORST CONCEPT EVER. Why would you hurry your customers to the checkout?! Dont you want them to keep shopping and adding things to their order?!
