I enjoy viewing the joss and main site everyday. Ive purchased furniture, bedding, decor, gifts and kitchen supplies. I love to start there and search for what Im looking to buy. Ive gotten good prices and customer service. If an item has been damaged Ive always had a quick response and resolution. The shipping is timely and the colors, dimensions and details are accurate.

I ordered a queen bed but was sent a double. I paid someone to assemble it so I didnt realize it was the wrong bed until I got home from work and saw it. Its simply too much trouble and expense to disassemble and return the bed

Between Wayfair and Joss & Main, I decorated 3 room in my home with NO disappointment. Items arrived on time and easy to put together if required. I was able to mix up each room with no one piece the same style, maybe same color. It was fun learning how to coordinate all the pieces to look beautiful together even though they were all different.

Love this app and content but the recent update is buggy when it comes to images. I open up my idea boards and no images show. After waiting two minutes they finally loaded. Might need to look into that.

Honestly, this and Wayfair are the best furniture and Accessories sites! Great prices, fast shipping and free returns. The furniture I bought at local stores had delay after delay...damages...no returns or a restocking fee and return charge. Im just so happy with Joss & Main...Im actually addicted! :)

I had the same problem as Rachel. I did choose Canada first and instead of provinces I still got states. No way I can enter the postal code. Maybe it depends on what you try to buy? Very strange!
