App good. VERY ANNOYING that promotions for free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders. Company should not send promotions to clients that are excluded from special offers.

For one, every time I have tried ordering something, it tells me OOPS SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG yet then proceeds to tell me my order was sent, then it never arrives. Second, it wont empty my carts total, but only one item will be listed. Example my $9.00 order will total to $400.00. Third, my idea boards, one shows my items Ive saved but nothing will appear when opened. I used to loveeee this app but now its such a headache. I tried updating it and nothing changed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX

I shopped this site today on my phone. When I got on the computer everything was in a Wayfair cart, but with different prices (a few quite a bit higher. I know theyre "sister" companies.) I went back to the phone and checked out through J&M. I have a harder time with their cart, but the prices are way better.

I have ordered here for years. Have had a good experience every time. The quality and pricing are fantastic!

Great place to shop, I only wish ALL items had dimensions. Most have them but its not consistent. Also wish they had a point system in place.

When they first put it up, it was a headache.. I ran back to the web quickly.. But they have made a lot of improvements and it is better. Still good prices, not as low as the early days.. Even the selection is getting repetitive.. But when you know what you want and find it, it can be a great price and usually very good quality.

I have had a few items arrive broken or not right the fixed every issue right away and didnt cost me a penny. I order from them all the time!!!

I love shopping on this app when it works... Every time there is an update, there are bugs and it doesnt work for days.. Like now :(

3/15/16 update: Pro: More photos/larger photos Con: No dimensions provided, which renders the app useless for certain purchases. Buyers must go the web site to check dimensions. There is plenty of "dead space" to add more details. The descriptions are lazy.

I buy a lot from Joss & Main....or at least I did. They are notorious for items being pictured much larger than they actually are, so removing a lot of the detail means Im taking my business elsewhere.

There arent dimensions aint any of the descriptions..

How is a person supposed to buy home goods without any information about size or material? This information is essential and without it, I wont be making any more purchases.

The old version would give dimensions and sizes of the items. Its hard to purchase anything without knowing if its going to fit in your house. Please add those back!! Otherwise the update is nice and of course the content is great!
