I am not an online shopper for furniture but decided to try it since it has free shipping . What a wonderful experience ! Everything I ordered has been consistent with the picture and product description . It is easy and convenient with the app being in my iPhone . I highly recommend giving it a try , you wont be disappointed ! -D. Newbie online shopper!

Love Joss and Main

I have practically furnished and decorated my new home entirely from joss&main. I have loved all the items I have purchased and have had excellent customer service with two minor issues I had - out of several dozen orders. Excellent track record and great quality merchandise. I have to say, however, I am not loving the recent app update. There are not enough details, many items are missing specs and I have also noticed several descriptions do not match the photo at all. I wish you would go back to the old one. It was much easier to browse through. The more details the better in my opinion!

I downloaded this app yesterday and have already spent hours browsing. They have a great selection of home goods at decent prices. I love the idea boards so that I can see all of my favorite items together to make sure they work with each other. Love it!

Purchased my first 3 items this month. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and the products were wonderful!!! One of the products was a Laura Ashley quilt that was more beautiful than the photo!

Just placed my first Joss & Main order- - its so easy I completed the order while hairdresser was cutting my hair! I love this app. Fantastic selections and great prices. I like they way things are categorized to appeal to all tastes and likes. I love being able to save my favorites to idea boards that I create. Only suggestion...if you see something you LOVE buy it then; the great furniture pieces, deals, etc go really fast.

I also preferred the old app. Im not very handy when it comes to "assembly required" and this new app very rarely lets you know if assembly is needed. It is still my favorite for shopping on line and Ive always been happy with my purchases.

I LOVE this app! Joss & Main provides everything they have on sale for you right away as soon as you enter the app. The search engine is great at narrowing your searches down as well! Overall pricing and shipping is amazing! This company has everything Im looking for when it comes to decorative style for my home and at the best prices! I go back and forth from Overstock and Way Fair sometimes and Joss & Main has always been the best bet. Love this place!

The new app is like Wayfairs which I hate to use. Not enough item description and that has affected my willingness to purchase. Essentially when I shop online, I dont want to have to call someone and ask IF they have the answers. Just not worth the follow up. However, I still love J&M products and have rarely needed to return anything for quality or being broken. J&M is still my favorite on-line home decor store.

Everything Ive purchased from Joss and Main has been wonderful quality. I love this site and app.

Love the Joss & Main app! Great selection!

I love the inventory that Joss & Main provides. I always find cute things and great inspiration. However, the app is very buggy. I used an Apple 6 Plus to do my shopping today. I saved 27 items to my idea board, yet when I went to view the items, only a few minutes after adding them, only about half of them were there. Then I clicked on the saved items option and some different ones were there. Additionally, it repeated one item 5 times! Also, the cart does not count down or refresh accurately. I had an item in there a good 30/45 minutes, yet the item remained and the countdown time was the same as when I had continued shopping from the cart. It had long-passed its 15 minute mark by the time it cleared out from the cart. I added it back in when I was ready. When I was ready for my purchase, I attempted importing my address from my contact list and it looked like it did fine, hit save and it was gone. I had to type it in manually. And finally, when I finally hit submit on my purchase, I got an error about the cart not refreshing. I closed out of the app completely, and then came back into it. The same items were there and I was able to submit successfully. So, all-in-all, the shopping experience was difficult, to say the least.

Ive had no problems with the app or the store. A wonderful and easy way to shop for home goods!

I have found some very unique items here. They can be slow on shipping but overall I am happy shopping here.

I love to shop on Joss & Main, but the new app does not provide enough details about the product. The old version was so much more helpful when looking for types of wood, origin of manufacture, and additional details about dimensions.

I have purchased many items from Josh &Main in the past. The new version of the app prevented me from purchasing all of the light fixtures for my new home. Why? It was impossible to get dimensions. There is not enough information provided on so many items that I just pass on the purchase. I wish they would revert to the old format. Disappointed.
