Joss & Main: Furniture & Decor App Reviews

Love this site! Been using, inspired by, & shopping on it for years & my home is better for it! The new look is great. Enjoying larger pictures & streamlined viewing. My only problem is that I cant buy anything if Im not sure it will fit where I need it to, including smaller decor items as pictures can be misleading. So, please bring back item dimensions & you will continue to be my go to home shopping site. Thanks!

This update allows you to save items to a favorites board, making them easier to locate later assuming you remember which site you were on. This update has, however, completely merged the Joss & Main app with the Wayfair and All Modern sites. Sounds like it wouldnt be a problem but its driving me crazy. I like to comparison shop as Im putting together a new room and tend to add things to my cart when Im ALMOST ready to buy but need to sleep on it or check to be sure I havent exceeded a budget. Because Im logged in, I expect the items to be saved for later. But if I forget and open a sister site prior to completing my first purchase, I keep losing one of two items, but not all of them. Im guessing its because some of the items arent listed under the sister site Ive opened. Now Im left with only a portion of the original items I was on the verge of buying. So if I find something I want to buy on the newly opened site, I either have to delete the holdover item from the other site first & try to remember it all to recreate my cart from site #1 or buy everything all together (making it hard to track and keep expenses separate.) Its sort of like auto correct. Great if it works but its been hit or miss for me. I get that the sites are trying to keep me organized, but I really wish theyd stop forcing help down my throat.

Easy to use app and amazing items to purchase. Everything Ive purchased has come with free shipping and is exactly as expected. Amazing!!!

The app works seamlessly. Its easy to navigate and never crashes. The pictures are clear and large so you can really see their detail. The apps main page shows you 15 style categories. You can also choose product type. Endless options and fantastic prices. The idea boards are helpful to save all your favorites. The only thing I wish it included are reviews. I can be on this for hours theres so much to see!

I have purchased many items on Joss & Main but I really hate that they dont always include the dimensions on items. On small decor items it isnt that important but for tables, chairs etc. it is imperative. I have called to get the dimensions but I feel they should be listed in the specifications for ALL items. Get on it and fix it

I am rating this only 4 stars bc I have to use my iPad only now. For some reason this app has stopped working or is no longer available on Samsung phone!! Not...NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!! Other then that Joss and Main is awesome. Great costumer service!!

The way events were displayed was so appealing. The new version is like any other sale page similar to Wayfair. Not for me.

They have the best customer service ever. Any issues or repairs they get back to you ASAP and handle it. Favorite app to use!! A must download!!

A unusually excellent app. Never any problems. If you hang on Joss & Main like me, you will appreciate an app that has easy accessibility, content with as little info as possible to to really understand salient features of item, check-out in as little time as it takes to enter your password. Not to mention the great things offered! Get it?

With a company notorious for things looking bigger than they are, removing the specs on a lot of items makes it so I will not be ordering. Buyer beware!

I LOVED the old app! I was a true blue, consistent buyer of furniture and decor for several years. The old app gave details that a buyer would want when purchasing online (dimensions, fabric, etc..) but the new app looks like Wayfair, lacks all the details we used to have available and it looks cheap, cheap, cheap! The old site was chic, chic, chic! Bring back the old design and the details. You might be part of Wayfair but you dont need to look like it. Half the appeal of shopping on Joss and Main was the awesome way the old app showcased items with their details. New app...yuck! Stopped shopping there until they fix the app.

Great site however, lacking in complete product descriptions including specific materials used and in some cases the product dimensions. I had NOT purchased many items due to these things.

Selection still outstanding. However, my purchases will be much less frequent as the necessary details, such as dimensions, are missing from many items. How can you expect me to purchase a piece of art without knowing the size? Hoping J&M corrects this oversight soon!

I love my new bed! Delivery was fast! I ordered the item Saturday and it arrived Tuesday afternoon! Very pleased with Joss & Main!
