Boss & Sane

I use this app daily! Not only do they have an eclectic array of product styles but they group items in a clean, simple format that allows you to more easily and creatively envision pieces in your home without feeling as though theyre being sold to people with spaces similar to the staged showroom picture. Joss & Main prices are often too steep (My configuration is based on product materials, design elements and functionality) to justify placing more orders with them. However, the app interface between its layout and curation, inclusive range of styles plus design ideas (sometimes complemented by professional tips), make this one of the most dynamic and engaging apps for interior decoration/ home decor. A recent update to the app, is a feature that includes customer-provided photos of the product in their home (a smart, client-centric, economical, visualization tool). Similar to the critique of the pricing formula, is my critique of the copywriting, which I think would be quantifiable asset to the Sales Dept. by relying less on staid, boilerplate descriptions, especially where multiple images of an item arent available. In the case of buying (rarely refundable) furniture and home decor online, youre inability to use tactile senses feels less anxiety-inducing when theres more descriptive language and product information and can likely help the company - improve customer confidence (knowing more about a product directly engenders a feeling of security about a purchasing decision and indirectly creates a feeling of trustworthiness toward the company). - increase sales. - reduce customer service inquiries; complaints. - decrease product exchanges and returns. The app has never crashed or created any issues with regards to my privacy (i.e. after placing an order, junk email). Deliveries rarely take as long as they state (well played to under promise then over deliver!) and theyve done an outstanding job training representatives who have a (seemingly) genuine professional plus helpful attitude; can quickly provide useful information on products, and vendor processes; trained to elevate the customers experience from one of "being provided a service" to "having a personal interaction" simply by using concise knowledge, clear language and courteous professionalism. Unfortunately, most consumers believe the current "service" culture leaves much to be desired. Strong, negative sentiments on a business most accessible form of contact directly impacts its bottom line. My experience is that Joss & Main seamlessly applied a client-centric mastery of this business principal with enough success to garner a significant increase in brand reputation. My recommendation for new customers is to get firsthand experience of their outstanding curation and client service ASAP. To determine the value of my review: Download their app, browse the sales leisurely and often, then place an order or talk to a representative... I trust youll respect my opinion of their "boss" curation & share my appreciation of their "sane" service!

Old App Better!!

Joss and Main is my favorite online home store. This app is okay but the older version was better.

Impressed

I shopped this site today on my phone. When I got on the computer everything was in a Wayfair cart, but with different prices (a few quite a bit higher. I know theyre "sister" companies.) I went back to the phone and checked out through J&M. I have a harder time with their cart, but the prices are way better.

Great Store!

I love Joss & Main ! I decorated my new beach house with all there beautiful merchandise... They have quality products and I havent been disappointed... Try them!

Good but could be better

The app is good, but if you want details on a product you have to go to the full site for a lot of the items. Hopefully they will improve this soon. It also says sold out on items that are in stock for different sizes and colors. Great pics and easy to use.
